• 2Enter the exact email address you used when you purchased or signed up. Check for typos.
• 3Check your Inbox, Spam, and Junk folders for the reset email.
• 4Click the link in the email to reset your password and log straight in.

Your confirmation and download access is created automatically the moment your payment is processed. If you haven't seen the email:

• 1Check your Inbox — search for "CatchWrestle" or "Tony Cecchine".
• 2Check your Spam and Junk folders — these emails occasionally get filtered.
• 3Log in to your Members Area — your product will be waiting there even without the email.

Yes — from any device with a browser:

• 1 Stream online — inside the Members Area, click Streams ▾ to watch instantly on any phone, tablet, or computer.
• 2 Download to keep — click Downloads ▾ to save the file directly to your device for offline viewing.

The most common cause is a simple mix-up between Streaming and Downloads:

• 1 To watch online — always use Streams ▾. Don't try to download from this section, it's not built for that.
• 2 To download a file — always use Downloads ▾. This is where your actual saved files live.
• 3 Still stuck? Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended) or a different device.

This is rare, but occasionally it takes a minute or two for payment processing to register. Before contacting us:

• 1Wait 2–3 minutes, then check your Inbox, Spam, and Junk folders.
• 2Log in to your Members Area and check Downloads — your product may already be there.
• 3Still nothing after 5 minutes? Open a Helpdesk ticket immediately and we'll get it rectified without delay.
